I asked some staff member in this office if they could keep my rates where they currently are, and she made no real attempt or effort to do so. I've been with State Farm for over 3 years, and this particular office for the matter, and I was never treated with the respect and courtesy a loyal customer deserves. I highly suggest that if you are looking for insurance, don't go with State Farm, but in particular, don't go with this office."
